Operational Efficiency SOP Implementation Rate: Percentage of standard operating procedures developed and successfully implemented across all digital operations.Workflow Efficiency: Reduction in average time taken to complete key processes, such as content creation, approvals, and publishing.Error Rate: Percentage of errors or delays in social media and media execution, aiming for continuous improvement.2. Client Success and Satisfaction Client Retention Rate: Percentage of clients retained over a defined period.Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT): Average rating based on client feedback at key journey touchpoints.Net Promoter Score (NPS): A measure of how likely clients are to recommend MyDomingo's services.Client Success Milestones: Achievement of defined goals for each client, such as audience growth, engagement rates, or revenue impacts.3. Digital Strategy Performance Campaign Performance: Achievement of defined KPIs for social media campaigns, such as reach, impressions, and click-through rates (CTR).Engagement Metrics: Growth in average engagement rate across all managed accounts (likes, comments, shares, saves).Audience Growth: Increase in follower count or audience size on key social media platforms.Content Effectiveness: Performance of content types based on reach and engagement metrics, aiming for optimization.4. Team Leadership and Development Team Productivity: Measured by timely delivery of projects and meeting campaign deadlines.Training and Development Hours: Number of training sessions conducted for team members to enhance skills in SOPs, tools, and client management.Employee Satisfaction Score: Feedback from team members on leadership, support, and growth opportunities.5. Financial and Business Impact Revenue Contribution: Direct or indirect revenue generated from digital media operations and social media campaigns.Cost Efficiency: Reduction in operational costs without compromising quality or client satisfaction.ROI on Digital Campaigns: Return on investment achieved for client and in-house digital campaigns.6. Innovation and Process Improvement Technology Adoption: Number of tools or platforms successfully implemented to streamline operations or enhance client experiences.Process Improvement Metrics: Number of outdated workflows replaced with optimized solutions.Innovation Projects Delivered: Initiatives launched to improve MyDomingo's digital presence or client offerings.Responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.Oversee the daily operations of the organization, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.Manage cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements and operational excellence.Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform business decisions, particularly in digital marketing and e-commerce.Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance SEO, email marketing, and overall digital presence.Utilize data analytics tools such as SQL to monitor performance metrics and generate actionable insights.Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in processes, systems, and technology integration.Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional development among team members.Experience Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within a digital marketing or e-commerce environment including but not limited to social media.Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies including SEO, email marketing, and graphic design principles using Adobe Creative Suite / SAAS.Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML for effective communication with technical teams.Excellent research skills to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape.Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about driving operational success to apply for this exciting opportunity.
