Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive Benefit program from day one!RRSP Matching programOngoing training and professional development opportunities.Employee discounts for you and your family.Key Responsibilities: Must be able to drive and operate vehicles.Diagnose and repair vehicles with integrity and ethics.Examine vehicle, diagnose, and, if needed, discuss with the Shop Foreman or Service Manager as to the nature and extent of damage or malfunction.Communicate additional service requests and monitor repair time to update Service Advisor for communication to client.Complete story or documentation for client repairs.Know and understand the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and utilize the program to achieve client satisfaction.Desired Qualifications: Licensed technician with diesel experience.Thorough knowledge of vehicles including electrical systems, engine repair, brake systems, suspension & steering, and heating & air conditioning.Outstanding work ethic.CDK experience preferred but not required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Must have a positive attitude and collaborate well with others.Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.Pay: $80,000 - $138,000
