The Tech Lead of Data & Analytics is responsible for overseeing the delivery of analytics & AI solutions using Reporting, Data Science, AI, and Data Services.
The role involves working with a multi-disciplinary team of analytics geeks, data scientists, data engineers, and solution architects to implement data analytics solutions that support business decision-making, improve customer insight, and enhance business performance.
He/she collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and solutions, develop and maintain various levels of analytical solutions, and manage a team of data and analytics consultants and AI experts. This role stays current with advancements in technology and methods to bring innovation and disruption to clients.
He/she possesses strong technical skills in the delivery of analytics, AI, and data services, excellent communication skills, and a track record of leading successful data-driven projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Interact with Client stakeholders, Data & Analytics Practice Lead, and Data & Analytics COI Leaders to understand project objectives and serve as an on-hands Project Tech Lead, leading daily design and delivery activities, identifying and mitigating delivery issues or roadblocks, and managing project team members.Create original concepts and establish standards, processes, and methodologies for the delivery of Data & Analytics solutions under a nearshore/offshore model.Demonstrate strong teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Make operational decisions, monitor progress, and report results in a fast-paced growth environment.Deliver excellent presentations and communicate effectively with onsite team leaders and project owners as needed.Stay current with Microsoft Fabric and Databricks cloud advancements in data & analytics to identify opportunities to apply new technologies to the business.Create goals and conduct project performance evaluations for the team.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Analytics & AI COI Lead.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of experience in the delivery of data analytics solutions with a proven track record of leading successful data-driven projects.3+ years as Solutions or Technical Lead in the delivery of Azure-based data & analytics projects.Sound knowledge of Databricks is a plus.Strong technical skills in data services, conceptual architecture, data governance, analytics, and AI.Understanding of how AI and ML are applied in data analytics solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college/university required.
