Responsibilities •Coach and support Vehicle Accounting Clerk.
•Verify all deals presented to F&C for processing comply with MBM, bank and state regulations
•Verify all customer deposits or COD.s received and accounted for prior to booking deal.
•Update any variances in deal.
•Initiate funding and payoffs for deals.
•Make preowned deal jackets on all trades.
•Furnish billing with forms to complete title work.
•Verify all sold warranties are set up and forms are in deal prior to billing.
•Submit banking documentation timely, accurate manner.
•Follow-up with sales management team daily on any held deals due to funds or incomplete documents.
•Clean inventory schedules of any balances remaining after deals posted.
•Review payoff schedule weekly to ensure no payoffs missed when booking.
•Manage CVP inventory and floorplan.
•Review CIT, COD schedule semi-monthly and submit outstanding items to Sales Management team for resolution.
•Post Dealer reserve payments monthly and charge back for unpaid reserve monthly.
•Verify that CVP daily rates are clearing on sold expired CVP units.
•Review Daily bank statement and post fundings from MBFS, Chase, Bank Of America and Ally.
•Analyze and update vehicle clearing schedule.
