Data Warehousing and Reporting Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Data Warehousing Concepts:Understanding of data warehousing principles and architecture.Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.Knowledge of data modeling techniques (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema).Database Management:Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.Experience with data warehousing tools and platforms.ETL Tools:Experience with ETL tools.Ability to design, develop, and manage ETL workflows.Reporting Tools:Proficiency in reporting and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI).Ability to design and develop dashboards and reports.Scripting and Programming Languages:Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python).Understanding of programming languages can be a plus.APIs and Data Integration:Experience with API development and integration.Knowledge of data integration techniques and tools.User Experience: UX measurement is a plus.Agile Framework: Work with Agile framework to manage work.Generative AI: AI engineering is a plus.Analytical Skills: Data Analysis:Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Problem-Solving:Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data extraction, transformation, and loading.Innovative thinking to optimize data workflows and reporting processes.Responsibilities:
Review and understand current IT user experience (UX) measurements, reporting, and proposed framework.Gather and analyze the current reporting backend status and translate to technical terms.Engage and work with the Data Warehouse (DWH) team to develop and industrialize the solution for all the UX touchpoints data.Produce technical documentation for all the phases of the project and maintain technical documentation.Work across teams to support and coach backend and frontend design of UX touchpoints and development of deployment approach and framework.Troubleshoot reporting backend and frontend.Actively contribute ideas and solutions.Share knowledge and develop others.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $7,700.00 - $8,500.00 per hour
