ensuring targets are met and continuously improved.
- Participate in special assignments such as generating information for small project justifications and planning (capacity, benefits, buildup of inventories, etc.), productivity initiatives, or process improvement projects.
- Identify security, food safety/defense, environmental, and quality risks or opportunities, and apply problem-solving tools to ensure conformity and continuous improvement of processes.

What are the qualifications needed:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; Industrial or Food Engineering careers are preferred.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to analyze and challenge production plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to improving processes.
- Strong communication skills to act as a crucial link between the Planning and Production departments.
