The Contract Manager, NA is responsible for coordinating between Sales, Delivery, Sales Operations and as well as external customers and partners for Managed Services orders.
The ideal candidate has understanding in all aspects of contract and order management in a communications/IT solutions and services business.
With a strong sales operations and analysis background, deep understanding of Managed Services business and SaaS business models, this role is the commercial focal point to our clients, targeting our customer's success and revenue fulfillment.
Responsabilities: · Review and manage all invoicing aspects of the contract management lifecycle.
Review company Statement of Work (SOW) and customer's PO's, in cooperation with the Sales Desk, Service Delivery team, and Finance, to ensure we're meeting invoicing milestones.
· Partner and coordinate between different interfaces in the organization (Sales, PMO, Sales Operations, Finance) etc.
to drive contract/invoicing activities to completion.
· Build and manage excel reports for invoicing activities related to PO/Contract/VSOWs to be entered into CRM and billing systems (invoicing usage, core services and support related activities).
· Analyze external service partners invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
· Prepare and reconcile cost-to-revenue reports to validate accurate invoicing.
· Perform any other contract and invoicing related duties as assigned.
Requirements: · Excellent/fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Three to five years of experience with sales administration, contract management, and order processing in communications/services/IT industry.
· BS/BA or equivalent.
· Experience with ERP and CRM systems (SFDC experience required) and excellent Excel skills required.
· Strong organizational skills, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and maintain attention to detail in an autonomous work environment.
· Strong interpersonal abilities to facilitate extensive interactions across the organization and with multiple customers.
