The Chevron Business Support Center (BASSC), located in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, is accepting online applications for the position of Downstream Contract Administrator. Successful candidates will join the BASSC Downstream team. In addition to providing Downstream marketing services support, the more than 500 professionals that work at BASSC, provide expert information technology, human resources and finance and solutions to Chevron partners around the globe.

The BPG : Business Processing Group : provides back office support to the North America Retail business.

The BPG Contract Administrator main activities are:

- Creation of New Facility Agreements : Branding Authorization / RTS Agreements / Rents

- Amendments of Contracts and Agreements (Renewals, Assignments, Divestments, De:brands, Rebrand, Transfers)

- Creation and renewal of Supplier Contracts in Global Contract Generation (GCG)

- Other agreements administration : TPA Administration, Debt Transfers, Loyalty, Incentives and Rebates

- Creation of Mutual Termination Letters

- Creation of Business Location, Ship To, Sold To, Payer and Motor Fuel Buying Accounts

- Creation and update of SAP rental contracts

- Update SAP Master data to address Invoice/Lifting Issues

- Carrier Set:ups and clearance

- Attends CMP meetings, as applicable for their area of responsibility; update account changes on time as agreed during the meetings.

- Generates reports for business, as requested by business partners and customers

Required Experience and Qualifications:

- Advanced English level. Candidates selected for an interview will be required to complete an

English assessment test.

- Ability to listen carefully and use clear, concise oral and written skills to convey facts, present

positions, and interpret policies.

- Enjoy working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds.

- Display initiative and leadership, handling multiple job responsibilities, setting priorities,

maintaining a high level of accomplishment, and implementing improvements to processes.

- Have the highest level of integrity and demonstrate commitment to uphold Chevron's values and

standards.
