Community Engagement: Actively manage and engage with the Zignaly community on Telegram, Discord, and secondary platforms like Reddit.
Respond to community inquiries promptly, providing support and fostering discussions that enhance the user experience.
Create and share relevant content, including updates, articles, and event promotions, to keep the community informed and engaged.
2. Security and Moderation: Monitor community channels to identify and address potential security threats, such as scams and phishing attempts.
Implement and enforce community guidelines to maintain a safe and positive environment.
Use platform-specific tools to manage user permissions, moderate discussions, and prevent spam.
3. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute community content strategies that resonate with our audience.
Organize and host community events, such as AMAs and webinars, to boost engagement and strengthen community bonds.
Gather feedback from the community to inform content and engagement strategies, ensuring they align with user needs and company goals.
4. Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly and monthly reports on community activity, engagement metrics, and any incidents.
Analyze community trends and feedback to suggest improvements to engagement strategies and community management practices.
5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Community Manager Supervisor to align community management efforts with broader business objectives.
Maintain open lines of communication with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a unified approach to community engagement.
Participate in regular strategy meetings to review metrics and plan upcoming initiatives.

Ensure compliance with relevant community management guidelines and best practices. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in managing online communities, preferably in the Web3 or cryptocurrency space.
Proven track record of successfully managing Telegram and Discord communities.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
Familiarity with content creation tools and community management platforms. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in managing community tools on Telegram, Discord, and other platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement metrics and community feedback
Effective project management and organizational skills Attributes: Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Passionate about community building and engagement
