About the Role: We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Community Manager & Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online community and creating engaging content across various digital platforms. You will play a key role in building brand awareness, fostering meaningful connections with our audience, and driving engagement through compelling storytelling and community interaction.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to grow and nurture our online community across social media platforms.Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Create high quality written, visual, and multimedia content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, and graphics, tailored to each platform and type of target.Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content creation efforts with overall brand objectives and marketing campaigns.Research industry trends and topics to generate relevant and engaging content ideas.Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and drive organic traffic to our digital channels.Monitor content performance and community engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Cultivate relationships with key influencers within the community to amplify our brand message and reach.Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to continuously evolve and innovate our community management and content strategy.Profile Characteristics: Advanced English (Required)Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
