The Commercial Executive Management will play a fundamental role in consolidating the company's presence in current markets, as well as leading commercial initiatives to expand sales. To this end, you will be responsible for understanding the market, providing specialized technical support,leading technical sales teams and developing long-term relationships with customers and partners. Main responsibilities: Develop a market and implement commercial initiatives to boost product sales in large cooperatives and agribusinesses; Develop solid commercial relationships with strategic customers: manage the internal team, partner companies and technical commercial representatives in different regions of Brazil and in the international market; Promote a highly qualified consultative sales culture: lead and develop the sales team, provide specialized technical support to customers and partners, periodically carry out field visits, monitor product tests and perform high-level after-sales activities; Direct and support marketing initiatives, sharing information to guide the development of more effective campaigns, based on direct interaction with customers and competitor monitoring; Collaborate to maintain an updated and adequate product portfolio: frequently carry out critical analyzes of the current product portfolio and work proactively with other areas in the prospecting and development of new products; Meet sales goals and monitor results: develop and monitor key performance indicators, ensure the effective allocation of resources and generate periodic reports on commercial and technical activities; Participation in national and international fairs and events. Requirements: Complete degree in Veterinary or Animal Science; Leadership skills and experience with managing technical sales teams; Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills; Desirables: Advanced English and experience with international sales; Mobility to reside in Paraná.
