Description and Requirements Marketing Campaign managerAs a Campaign Manager, you'll be the conductor of Lenovo ecommerce campaigns in LAS countries.You'll orchestrate all aspects to ensure the agency delivers high-quality services that exceed business needs and expectations.This role requires a strategic mind, strong project management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve project goals.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate campaign strategy across Mkt channels supporting business segment goals with special focus on SMB.Maintain a campaigns calendarization, planning and clear campaign reporting, including local and global campaigns.Copywriting and proof-reading campaign related communications.Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance.Innovate and implement test-and-learn strategies along with delivering results.Support paid acquisition campaigns, referral campaigns and co-marketing campaigns.Act as the main point of contact between ecommerce business, cross functional teams, and creative agency.Articulate with creative agency the planning, briefing, and execution of key campaigns of LAS markets.Effective Time Management:Identify and prioritize tasks based on their importance and urgency, using tools such as to-do lists or task management apps.Develop a daily or weekly plan, allocating specific time blocks for high-priority activities and deadlines.Regularly reassess priorities to adapt to changing circumstances and ensure focus on the most critical tasks.Preferred Skills and QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of marketing experience within the technology industry preferred Strong and proven campaign management skills and experience, including coordinating agencies and engaging with a highly matrixed, cross-functional, global organization.Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.English Level: Full professional proficiency (Mandatory)Communication- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across the organization- Possess a positive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative and energetic team environment.- Ability to drive adherence to deadlines with many different teams.Problem Solving/Analytical Thinking- Experience with Microsoft Excel is required.- Experience with Adobe Analytics is preferred.Additional Locations: * Argentina - Capital Federal - CABA * Argentina * Argentina - Capital Federal * Argentina - Capital Federal - CABA
