Job Description - Business Management Manager (MER0002UN1)
Description
· Establish national Short/Long-term Network Strategy adapting central concepts (HQ) and local needs
· Planning and execute established strategies at retail level by communicating and negotiating with Dealers
· Manage network evaluation on project approval, dealer selection/termination
· Develop and manage new concept of Retail Format corresponding to diversification of retail business channel and reflect changing business environment and market needs
· Monitor, analyze and benchmark competitors network trend
· Supervise and manage market analysis based on capacity and feasibility
Dealer Performance Management (35%) · Establish and implement Dealer performance management tool adapting HQ guideline and local needs to enhance quantitative and qualitative improvement at retail level
· Monitor and analyze Dealers' performance with various reports and KPIs; DSC, Variable Bonus scheme, etc.
· Manage and steer Dealersfor profitability enhancement through generating and presenting Dealer financial analysis reports and implementing focus KPIs
· Develop yearly Variable bonus scheme in lining with HQ guideline for implementation and communicate with HQ if adaptation is required for local market
· Assess dealers' risk level based on their performance, profitability and etc. and initiate a performance evaluation for enhancement if necessary
Contract & policy management (10%) · Manage and supervise legal contracting with dealers; MOU, Dealer Agreement etc.
· Manage and monitor whether dealers are compliant with conditions of legal document
· Adapt and update contracts and policies to be compliant with DAG's guideline and national laws
· Initiate communication with Dealers in case changes are required
· Alert management committee in the event of a dispute regarding a contract or policy and provide insight as a core member in dispute resolution
Dealer official communication (10%) · Manage and supervise official communication letters sent to dealers as an official channel for dealer communication
· Send various official letters to dealers including important notice, information sharing, warnings, etc. on behalf of MBK
· Record and manage the histories of important official letters communicated with dealers
Business Partner Compliance Due Diligence (10%) · Monitor existing business partners due diligence status and update MBK managements if critical issues arise regarding compliance, legal issue, and business model, etc.
· Supervise whether updating on business partner's integrity status change and clarification are being followed while complying with guideline
· Initiate Compliance Due Diligence process in case new business partnership occurs
Qualifications
Education Experience Minimum 10 years in automotive industry
Past experience should include at least one of the following area;
- Sales or AS retail
- Strategic planning
Specific knowledge English proficiency in business context level
Knowledge and insight of automotive industry are mandatory
