The mission is to lead the finance, accounting and credit functions within the organization. This includes providing proactive leadership for financial management systems, reporting, tax planning, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and return on investment. Additionally, you'll implement analysis tools and KPIs for operating teams and actively participate in the integration of SAP for maximum efficiency. The role contributes to the company's growth by supporting and advising senior management, with a focus on customer success, long-term growth, and sustainable results aligned with Group objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities Proactive control of reports, projection and planning, including the financial analysis, forecast and follow up.Ensure accurate application of company guidelines and local regulations.Establish and maintain effective cost control.Manage assets of the company's investments ensuring efficient internal control.Lead credit and collection team taking a leadership role, working proactively, and demonstrating accountability in reducing overdue payments in collaboration with managers, operations and sales people.Establish, maintain and track inventory targets.Manage statutory, legal and taxation requirements.Assist in the coordination of external audit requirements for the legal entity.Develop and manage a professional, highly competent team that operates with a good team spirit.Work closely with the internal financial service providers.Take care of the legal aspects of the business.Keep policies and procedures up to date and participate in internal and external audits.Answer and follow up on requests from stakeholders (holding, business area, divisions, etc).Participate, prepare and deliver presentations for business review and executive meetings.Actively assist business development initiatives, projects relating to finance and acquisitions.Experience A team player and natural diplomat who interacts and unites team members, customers, and all stakeholders.A methodical and structured achiever who can plan, organize, prioritize, assess, adapt and deliver the promise.A resilient person who can cope with change in an ever-faster moving digital landscape and who can spread this attitude of self-sufficiency.An innovative "there is always a better way
