Role Overview: We are seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to manage our financial records, specifically by reconciling data from Service Titan with QuickBooks.
This role includes handling journal entries, tracking payment details, processing payroll entries, and ensuring all financial transactions flow accurately into the appropriate financial statements.
This role is crucial in maintaining accurate and organized financial information for our organization.
Key Responsibilities: Reconcile financial data from Service Titan with QuickBooks to ensure accuracy.
Process journal entries, payroll entries, and maintain accurate records of payment details.
Ensure the proper flow of financial information into statements and reports.
Assist in "clean up" activities as part of the transition from our current outsourced bookkeeper.
Qualifications: Proficiency in Service Titan and QuickBooks.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with bookkeeping.
Excellent English communication skills (scored 30% of role requirements).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Haves: Ability to create and update KPI reports in Excel.
Prior experience in financial operations or similar roles.
