The Position

Key activities and deliverables:

Operational consultancy for global platforms and components (e.g.; WebMethods, JDV, Tibco, Axway API management platforms).

Proactively ensure improvements in performance, availability and capacity.

Represent team in partner projects as needed and deliver on commitments.

Drive scripting and IaC development to achieve highest levels of automation and use of APIs, enabling continuous integration and delivery.

Apply DevOps principles and practices to optimize operational activities.

Develop business and technical know-how within area of expertise for the function.

Comply with OLAs and quality and CSV validation requirements.

Able to travel as required.
