Job Overview/Summary
Esta posición será responsable por los distintos procesos de Cuentas por Cobrar, mediante la ejecución de tareas y procedimientos de acuerdo con los pasos predeterminados y claramente definidos por la Compañía.
Key Responsibilities
Efectuar el seguimiento, análisis y conciliación de las cuentas corrientes en forma mensual .
Enviar reportes de los estados de cuentas a cada uno de los vendedores y gerentes en tiempo y forma. Trabajar en conjunto con ventas, logística, impuestos, etc para resolver en tiempo y forma las diferencias originadas al momento de la cobranza.
Conocer el acuerdo de descuentos otorgado a cada cliente para la correcta detección de desvíos en los mismo.
Analizar los pagos de los clientes determinando el concepto de las diferencias.
Emisión de documentos financieros
Aplicar créditos y cobranzas. Análisis de facturas y débitos, reclamos
Aplicar y cargar la cobranza en el sistema y posterior interface con SAP.
Analisis de cuentas contables de AR.
Analisis de cuentas bancarias (Conciliacion)
Informes de evolución de cobranza
Key Skills, Abilities and Experience Required
Profesionales graduados en Administración de Empresas, Contador o carreras afines. Se considerarán también estudiantes avanzados o próximos a recibirse.
Dominio avanzado de SAP (no excluyente)
Nivel intermedio / avanzado de inglés
Valoraremos personas detallistas, resolutivas y que puedan desarrollarse en un clima de trabajo exigente. - Orientación al trabajo en equipo y actitud de servicio.
Proactividad, dinamismo, con habilidad para la toma de decisiones, y contar con iniciativa para plantear ideas y propuestas de mejoras.
