Position Summary

We are looking for an effective part-time Warehouse Documentation Clerk to join our team in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The Warehouse Documentation Clerk will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, documentation, and driver schedules & communication. You will gain valuable exposure into the logistics and supply chain industry. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, adaptable, dependable, and customer service oriented.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete driver and delivery documentation correctly.

- Follow up with driver routes, deliveries, and pick-ups.

- Support Warehouse manager with daily warehouse operations.

Essential Skills

- Strong attention to detail.

- Able to meet deadlines and complete work accurately.

- Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write in English fluently.

- Professional written and verbal communication skills.

- Previous warehouse operations or customer service experience is a plus.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required.

Working hours

- This position will work 20 to 25 hours per week.

- Must be available to work 1 pm to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Flexibility to work in the morning hours as needed is a plus.
