As a Business Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for leading innovation initiatives to drive growth and profitability for our business. You will be working with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, create and test new products and services, and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Tasks
Overall Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and market research.
- Analyze market and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage the development of new products and services from ideation to launch.
- Lead the creation of business cases and financial models to evaluate new opportunities.
- Work closely with the other teams to develop and execute digital advertising campaigns and media buying strategies.
- Oversee affiliate marketing opportunities and develop partnerships with relevant businesses.
- Manage technology projects related to digital marketing, ecommerce and email marketing.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of innovation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Requirements
Required Skills:
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, or performance marketing.
- Hands-on expertise in traffic funnel creation and optimization.
- Strong understanding of web development principles, with the ability to guide technical teams effectively.
- Proficiency in media buying, including tracking setup, campaign management, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and media buying platforms.
- Knowledge of PPC, and conversion rate optimization.
- Technical background or familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or similar for effective communication with developers.
