Acr Accounting Manager - Ey Global Delivery Services

EY team: Ernst & Young performs professional services globally, including auditing, assurance, consulting & tax.
This role is part of Finance Operations (within Tax Service line), who provides the client with immediate access to an entire finance function delivering end to end services from transaction processing, accounting, monthly reporting through the statutory and tax cycle.
Role: The key deliverables for this role are:
Act as reviewers and coordinate day to day accounting activities performed by the team based in GDS Buenos Aires, reporting to the Manager.
Oversee day to day activities from BA team, composed by Seniors and Staffs that include:
Manual JEs
Monthly Flash Report
Financial Result Summary
CFO Deep Dive Inputs
FERC reporting
Close Management
Become client stakeholders trusted advisor and point of contact during the transition and after go-live
Coach junior team members to deliver client on timely and quality manner, becoming a referent for them and leading by example in terms of client communication and team behaviours.
Interact with other locations such as GDS India and ACR US onshore team to guarantee business model and client support is consistent across locations.
Monitor operation metrics (KPIs, SLAs) and other metrics defined with client during transition.
