We are seeking a professional for the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable department with a background in accounting, finance, and/or administration.
The ideal candidate should possess the following characteristics and skills: Professional Background: • Education in accounting, finance, or administration.
• Previous experience is desirable, but we also consider candidates with a strong administrative profile.
Technical Skills: • Experience using NetSuite is highly preferred, particularly in tasks such as invoice closing and deposit entries.
However, lack of experience with this software is not a disqualifier.
• Basic knowledge of English, sufficient to write and communicate clearly in work-related situations.
Key Responsibilities: • Control and verify invoices received from suppliers, ensuring the accuracy of the details.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring deadlines are met and records are accurate.
• Maintain constant and effective communication with clients to ensure payments are made on time.
